Home is within 1/2 hour's drive to Wildcat, Cranmore and Black Mountain, Bretton Woods Ski Resorts and Jackson Ski Touring Foundation.   Cannon, & Sunday River are within 45 minutes to 1 hour drive.

Summer attractions within 1 hour include Attitash (alpine slide & water slides), Storyland, Mt. Washington, Echo Lake (Swimming, rock/ice climbing and Picnicking),  and Clark's Trading Post, Loon Mountain, Santa's Village, Saco River (swimming, kayaking & canoeing), horseback riding, hiking, biking, and scenic rides on the Conway Scenic Railroad or Mt. Washington Cog Railroad.  Franconia Notch State Park  or Lake Winnipesaukee are also not to be missed.

Policies

Check-in time is 3PM Check-out time is 10AM

Deposit of $200 at the time the reservation is made if it is made 30 days+ prior to arrival.

If your reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the entire rental amount will be charged at the time the reservation is made.

An additional 8% NH State Meals & Rentals Tax will be included on all vacation rental bookings.

There will be a hold for the amount of $250.00 as a security deposit. This hold will be released after your departure and the property has been inspected for damage.

Standard Cancellation: One month prior to confirmed arrival. The total rental charge and tax will be charged in the event of a cancelled confirmed reservation, regardless of reason. If the property is re-rented for the same rate and time, the cancellation fee shall be 20% of the total rental charge.
